I'm an 87-year-old woman who had to retire as a speech language pathologist due to encroaching dementia. I was diagnosed early, ten years ago, with Alzheimer's then quickly Frontotemoral because of behavioral issues, then Lewy body because of parkinsonian motor issues and spent almost two years in a nursing home but had a turn around and came home.
