I try to stay calm and do deep breathing and try to get plenty of sleep

I am 80 years as is my husband. I have been my husband's primary caregiver for many years. Fortunately, I don't get lonely and keep myself busy at home in the garden doing crochet reading books. I don't have much company other than my husband. I do get out for a few hours each week when a carer comes to look after my husband while I go shopping for a few hours. out in the great outdoors

  1. , thank you for sharing this lovely photo of you and your husband! I'm glad to hear that you are not suffering from feelings of isolation, that is so important. I'm also glad to hear that you have some respite help that allows you a bit to refresh yourself. We're glad you're here! - Warmly, Donna (Team Member)
