Join the Faces of Alzheimer's Image Gallery
Alzheimer's disease looks different for every person and every family. We know that for each individual living with Alzheimer's, there are many who are affected, and so, for Alzheimer's Awareness Month, we are working on a special project to showcase the Faces of Alzheimer's.
The purpose of this project is to introduce you to the people behind the diagnosis and to show that people with Alzheimer’s can still be engaged, lead active lives, and experience love and joy! Whether you are living with Alzheimer’s, caring for someone who has been diagnosed, or honoring the legacy of a loved one who has passed, we want you to celebrate you!
Who are the Faces of Alzheimer's?
- Those who are living with Alzheimer’s disease
- Individuals who are caring for someone with Alzheimer’s disease
- Those who are no longer with us, for whom we can celebrate their life and legacy
Teamwork makes the dream work
We all bring unique attributes to our relationships. What makes your care partner special? How would you describe each other?
There are many activities that loved ones can share, whether it be listening to (or dancing to) music, gardening, puzzling, or just sitting quietly and listening to the sounds of nature...what is something that you enjoy doing together?
Help us highlight the many faces of Alzheimer's by sharing your photo and telling us a little about yourselves!
Which, if any, of the following most often trigger agitation in your loved one living with Alzheimer's disease?
