Alzheimer's disease looks different for every person and every family. We know that for each individual living with Alzheimer's, there are many who are affected, and so, for Alzheimer's Awareness Month, we are working on a special project to showcase the Faces of Alzheimer's.

The purpose of this project is to introduce you to the people behind the diagnosis and to show that people with Alzheimer’s can still be engaged, lead active lives, and experience love and joy! Whether you are living with Alzheimer’s, caring for someone who has been diagnosed, or honoring the legacy of a loved one who has passed, we want you to celebrate you!

Who are the Faces of Alzheimer's?

• Those who are living with Alzheimer’s disease
• Individuals who are caring for someone with Alzheimer’s disease
• Those who are no longer with us, for whom we can celebrate their life and legacy
