"I'm feeling extremely tired, I'm experiencing Care Giver burn out from working 7 days a week 12 & 14 hour days.
My back is in pain level 10
12 hours to go."

  2. @deaneaSgmail.com, I'm sorry to hear that your experiencing caregiver burn out. You have a lot on your plate. Please be patient with yourself. It is not an easy road. Do you have anyone who can give you a break? Try to find small moments, where you can take a moment to yourself. Even if it's just five minutes here or there to get a nice drink or watch something.
