I had to get Guardianship of my Mother. My Dad was her Power of Attorney and he passed away in December. My Mother lived at home with him and care givers came to the house to help care for her. I had to move her to my city and go through the expensive process of getting Guardianship to be able to take care of her person and finances. If there is something I can help you with please let me know and I will try if I have the answers.

My husband needed to get a conservatorship for his father. It is very expensive, but well worth it.
