   <p>This is a poem I wrote ISOLATION</p> <p>I’m living within his world now,<br> It is so filled with isolation;<br> Sentences he can’t complete, vacant stares,<br> We both feel the desperation!</p> <p>Within our home, both now prisoners,<br> As he remains trapped in what is left of his brain;<br> I long for his touch and smile, sweet shared moments,<br> Now sadly none of that remains.</p> <p>I’ve been trying to pull him back for 8 years now;<br> But he remains lost in a disease with no where, whys or how’s?<br> I hope when he sleeps he finds peace from this disease,<br> While I struggle to pray, please find a cure for him now!<br/><br/><br/><br/></p>
