Hello, I have just been told I have the above and am feeling a little lost waiting for the next step, a Dr's appointment. He has no appointments so they put me on his waiting list.

How long is a piece of string re the appointment.
I had the MRI to see if I had an Acoustic Nueroma which I do not. But this is what they found. I had to send a copy of the letter to GP. I notice on my NHS records they put the Acoustic neuroma, they have not read the record correctly. I rang to check this morning to ask if there were any appointments..no was the reply...they have resent my klinik form for someone to re assess it . So waiting to hear from them..Now they now have the correct interpretation of the letter.
Thank you again Donna. It is reassuring to know I have a place to go for advice etc. Feeling very lost not knowing what it is all about.
