Help others understand an aspect of Alzheimer's disease that you wish you knew before you or your loved one was diagnosed, or something that you think the general public should know about Alzheimer's.

Please don't ask "remember when .....". It just reminds them that NO they fo not remember. And give them extra time to think when you ask them a question. It may take a bit for them to process what you are asking.

This is so true. Many people don't understand the nature of the disease and its progression. I think this leads to misunderstandings in my experience. Thank you for your thoughts. Scott Team Member

And people have NO idea unless their spouse has the disease
