Are you a stressed dementia caregiver?

I am a dementia educator. Hello. I'm here to give support and share.
Is this you? Are you a stressed dementia caregiver? The stress of caring for someone with dementia can be enormous. Guidance and support systems are essential for carers to cope with challenges. If so, Comment YES!

  1. Thank you for your comments. I agree that being a caregiver can be very stressful. What are ways that you suggest people can deal with this stress? Scott AlzheimersDisease.net Team Member

    1. yes

      1. It is very stressful with all the responsibilities. How are you able to manage it? What helps you? Scott AlzheimersDisease.net Team Member

    2. I would get respite involved or family to get relief. and find things to do that bring peace and comfort. music, yoga, singing, art etc

      1. Those all sound like good things. Getting help and taking care of oneself. For me, it is photography and going for walks and often I do both of those at the same time. I just need a creative outlet. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Scott AlzheimersDisease.net Team Member
