Lithium Orotate 5mg

Does anyone in this forum or beyond have experience with lithium orotate 5mg as a supplement for treating or managing alzheimer’s in humans ?

  1. Hi , while you're waiting for feedback from the community, I wanted to share an article I found that I hope might answer some of your questions: https://hms.harvard.edu/news/could-lithium-explain-treat-alzheimers-disease

    1. Hello DonnaFA,
Thank you for your message and information.
Here's another article that prompted our interest in this methodology - although neither details dosage levels for lithium orotate.

      1. Yes, that is unlikely at this stage, as the FDA has not approved it for Alzheimer's treatment at this time. It is still in clinical trials. You can find the list here: https://clinicaltrials.gov/search?cond=Alzheimer%27s%20Disease&intr=Lithium - you should be able to talk to your doctor about whether they are still recruiting.
